Shuswap coffee houses — a warm mug, friends, entertainment

Well look no farther than your own local coffee house for the Shuswap’s best talent plus great company along with that hot cuppa’. Why, a fabulous evening is practically in your own backyard!

A coffee house is an event, usually in a coffee shop but not always, usually in the evening, and people come to drink coffee and be entertained. Often the entertainer is a musician or a writer who will read his or her poetry or prose. It is rather like a pub atmosphere without the liquor, and lots of people come because they like the music or the coffee or the company.
